二 | 10月19日消息，近日，蓝箭航天“天鹊”真空型液氧甲烷发动机（ TQ-15A）在湖州成功完成了首次全系统热试车，试验时长20秒，试验过程中发动机起动关机正常、工作平稳。据介绍，TQ-15A为目前国内推力最大的真空型液氧甲烷发动机，真空推力达836千牛，是朱雀二号火箭第二批次的二级主发动机。与现有80吨+10吨的二级发动机布局方案相比，取消了游动发动机TQ-11，主发动机由不摇摆改为泵前摆，降低了二级发动机系统复杂度，总重量减轻约400千克，推力室进一步增大喷管面积比，并将涡轮排气引入推力室大喷管进行冷却，解决了涡轮排气引起的干扰力问题。TQ-15A发动机真空推力提高9%、真空比冲提高130米/秒，推力调节范围拓宽至55%~110%且具备三次起动能力，可大幅提升火箭发射任务的适应性。
三 | 本台TQ-15A发动机为带伺服机构不带大喷管状态，本次试车重点考核发动机系统、总装和各组合件改进方案的可行性，验证起动关机时序的正确性，获得发动机的实测性能数据及工作特性，发动机按预定程序起动和关机、工作平稳，达到了预期设计目标。本轮试车计划开展5次试车（含两次多次起动）、累计试车时间970秒，首次试车结束后将继续考核发动机长程工作可靠性、大范围推力调节时的工作适应性、发动机与伺服系统的工作协调性，多次起动、高低入口压力及过冷推进剂等各种条件下的发动机的工作适应性，全面验证发动机设计方案，并获得大喷管条件下发动机的性能数据。朱雀二号运载火箭自2017年9月立项至今，已完成了第一批次火箭技术状态的研发工作。目前，朱雀二号Y1火箭已出厂并完成低温加注合练，Y2火箭的总装工作正在嘉兴蓝箭航天中心进行。在此基础上，公司研发团队对第二批次火箭进行了研制迭代和优化改进，使之具备更优的性能和更高的可靠性。
